- Getting a quote on a specific alteration.
- Fitting of items that need to be tailored.
- Picking up your items
- Specific bespoke consultations
WORKING HOURS AND AVAILABILITY
My working hours at the studio are Monday-Friday, 9am--7pm. No weekend appointments available.
Turn around times are usually 5 business days for most garments.
Rushed Fees
Rushed fee of 50% will be applied to 48 hours (or less) turn around times. I save the right to decline projects when times are not realistic.
Cancellation Etiquette
I understand that life happens. If you know you will be late to your appointment or you need to cancel, please do so through the same link where you got your confirmation email from, or simply fill up a contact form. It is very simple.
If you miss more than 2 appointments in a row without proper notification on your behalf, I won't take your business again.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP CLOTHES ON TIME
I will not store items that haven’t been picked up within 60 days of initial drop off date. It is your responsibility as a customer to pick up your items on a timely manner, by booking a pick up appointment through this website.
